What to Bring:

  • Bike (recommended: extra inner tube)

  • Helmet

  • Bike lock and key (or combo lock) 

  • Water bottle (preferably in a bottle cage)

  • Close toed running shoes (no sandals or flip-flops on the bike)

  • Bathing suit

  • Towel

  • Hat for the sun

  • Sunscreen 

  • Lunch/Snacks 

  • A backpack to carry your belongings

  • A relaxed attitude: it gets hot, it rains, we're moving as a group. 
    Safety is our NUMBER ONE priority so we can have fun. 

 

Please leave any electronics at home. Also, keep your favourite toys at home. We’ll be cycling around and we don’t want anything getting damaged or lost.
